Neuromylitis Optica (+)
My wife is suffering from this disease diagnosed by CSF test. Primarily it is optic neuritis in right eye now. But now getting tensed. Can she gain back her normal life or it can worsen? Is there any treatment of this disease?

this is considered as autoimmune condition wherin antibodies are produced again own cells... there is no cure... treatment is only symptomatic few recover with symptoms wheras few doesn't...
