Nerves on lefts side of the body near neck arms and hand has pulling and shock effect, able to feel the nerve vibration outside when i hold the neck

Hello well it is really difficult to access your condition by the way you have mentioned about your symptoms I would suggest you to sit with you and know about your history in detail and also examined you and is required to go ahead with the MRI or the nerve conduction studies thank you
