Wen i walk or jog for 500 meters or more particularly while pushing ground and lifting left leg i feel like the nerve shocks me or restrict me from completing the motion and i feel uncomfortable while performing stretching like touching knee to chest i feel nerve pinched sensation at tge joint of upper thigh and groin area and some tingling sensation in outer left thigh after i perform a 5km run and this is happening from last 1 week even i visited a orthopedic he has given me bone strengthening and muscle relaxant but pain is still persisting
