Nerve / muscle twitch
I get these sudden twitches in different parts of my body for like a few seconds ! I had consulted a doctor( physician) n he asked me to take nutrihale ! It did reduce but it's still there ! Is there any other medication that I should take or have a balanced diet ? N why does the muscle twitch ? I really want to get over with it !

Hello possible causes like vitamin deficiencies mainly vit b12
Calcium deficiency should be ruled out and appropriate medications should be given to increase vit b12 and calcium consult physician or neurophysician for further evaluation and treatment..... I hope this information was helpful.
