Hi, Recently went through these tests as I was feeling pain during stool. I went through surgeon who suggested me MRI fistulogram as der is one or Two swollen nurve or lymph outside my rectum hole which sometimes create pain and also der is some discharge happening most of the time from or outside the rectum. My surgeon told me dat I don't need operation and will heal with medicine. I need some other opinion to confirm whether I will heal with medicine or need surgery ? My blood IGe is 837. I am vegetarian, stopped smoking and drinking totally. No other medical condition and daily walk 8-10 km.

Yes there is no need for for sugery on urgent basis.You need to stop the smoking and alcohol and to start life style changes like regular spice free diet, green leafy vegetable,fruits mostly papaiya,plenty of water which help in stool softening.after all this if u hve a persist pain then you will go for sx
