1. Diffuse atherosclerotic wall thickening and calcification of left lower limb arterial system.
2. Normal triphasic spectrum in Superficial femoral artery, popiteal artery and proximal anterior and posterior tibial arteries.
3. Severely dampened biphasic spectrum in distal anterior and posterior tibial arteries. No focal proximal stenosis could be detected
4. Flat fatty plague in proximal superficial femoral artery causing focal luminal sterosis of 54%. However no significant hemodynamic change
