Neck cold for 3 months blunt head trauma
Iv had a neck cold for three months, then on Thursday at 3am I slipped on my my kitchen floor and banged my forehead on the door and I felt a surge of pain in my neck where my spine is, I went to a A&E the following afternoon, they did an X-ray and said my spine I was in tact there was no visible fracture, bit I'm getting a lot of clicking and creaking when I get up or try to turn my neck, which did happen before head trauma.

If your neck X Ray normal after your fall do not worry, may be some soft tissue injury. If your problem continues you may need MRI study. Better consult
