Nausea when smelling food

My wife 25 years old is too much sensitivity to smell ..she feels nausea after some smells like potty smell etc .. Generally we don't feel such sensitivity but she does to some unintense smells too ...she simply can't even see potty... What is this ? Is it a neurological problem or ENT ? Which speciality would be best ?
