Will require a slow NaCl drip under medical supervision hypo natremia is too common in elderly .Avoid fast drip this may lead to pontine haemorrhage.oral supplement of NaCl can be done .if you have vit capsule open it into 2 halves and fill table salt into it now this can be given to the pt twice a day.
