Narrowing of bilateral lateral recessses
I have been suffering from lower back pain from last 6 months then i had undergone MRI. then it is found that my L3-4, L4-5 & L5-S1 discs shows diffuse disc bulges indenting the thecal sac and causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses wit resultant compression over the bilateral & traversing nerve roots. i want to know which doc to meet for this prob and what to do to avoid pain.. does this prob leads to severe problem?
