Nabothian cyst
My mom is 47 and she had her menopause at 41. Currently her ultrasound report showed that she has multiple nabothian cyst of 6mm. Also her platelets have reached to a count of just 47000 and a high ESR count. What problems does she exactly have? And what kind of treatment should we go for?

Nabothian cyst are usually harmless and require no treatment they heal on its own. If there are any problems you may consult gynaecologist. But her platelet count need to be evaluated. A detailed history (vegetarian?, abnormal bleeding, rash etc) may help to find out its cause and further investigations is needed.
