Myometrium shows altered echoes ??
Uterus is bulky ,anteverted with smooth serosal outline showing bulges in anterior fundal region due to presence of 1.7×2.3 cm size sub serosal fibroid and in posterior fundal and body region due to presence of3.0×4.4 cm size and 3.3×3.7 intramural fibroids respectively Endometrial echo is 9.7mm thick & seen scalloping over myometrial fibroids.
