My wife is pregnant

My wife is carrying a child, it's been 4month and 2 weeks and recently she has gone scanning in that doctor has given below description which I am not able to understand, pls help. "Head: Fetal intracranial lateral ventricular diameter is 6.1mm. Small left choroid plexus cyst(3.8mm) ia seen. Transverse cerebellar diameter is 19.8mm(19wk 1day). Cisterna magna is 3.6mm deep and normal. Midline falx, thalami and brain mantle are normal for gestation. No identifiable intracranial lesion is seen."
