My son testacles are of different size
From birth its a issue its a vast difference in it almost one testicle is 4-5 times bigger then other.
No pain but want to know abt it to avoid future problem

I don't know why you haven't got them Checked out yet. Obviously it's not a good sign.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
