While my dog ​​and I were playing, the dog's teeth hit me and I bled. Then I went to the government hospital and took antirabies injection and completed the course of 3 injections and then after 2 days  of completing course  another time my dog's teeth hits . Then I should take another course of antirabies or not ?

No need to take another course. If bite is severe, get immunoglobulin injection.
