Muscle Spasm
I start a workout plan two months ago, then a month after I initially started, I switched over to a new plan. Now today I have gone back to my original workout plan but about 6 hours after my workout, I had these muscle spasms in my right, delt, triceps, biceps and forearms if I put them in a certain position (I have never had this before)Im 92kg
