Muscle pain and knotts that wont go away
I am pretty active but I have a large, small golf ball sized, knot in my leg that wont seem to go away with treatment. Not sure what to do or how to eliminate the tension. It has been around for 2-4 years after I fell down a cliff while hiking. Sometimes it causes pain in my ankle.
