Muscle cramp in chest
I have been have a muscle cramp, that seems to enlarge when cramping, under my left rib cage. Usually happens when I am going to the bathroom and am constipated. It can take up to a minute or so to stretch it out, then it will just give way and relax again. Anything I need to be concerned about?
