Started with high fever. Diagnosed as Dengue. Further developed into TB. Guven medication for TB but the fever had spread to the brain. After 3 brain surgeries to correct body movement, the child wqs recovering. But he recently developed fits and fluid accumulation was found in the brain. Doctors have suggested another brain surgery to drain it out. Is there any other solution/alternate therapy? The child was previously in coma and is now bed ridden with only slight movement.

There's history of previous3 surgeries is important ... We need to know cause or indication .... Its important to know if its septic shock or something.... As per your details it looks like hydrocephalus which needs surgical intervention...
