Multinodular goiter
My wife diagnosed with multinodular goiter 1 yr ago. Her thyroid report is normal. FNAC also done. Some dr suggesting for operating, while some others for wait and watch. My concern is that after operation,will my wife have to take thyroid  medicine for whole life? FNAC report USG report attached

Tirads 2 is probably benign. You have to undergo surgery .subtotal thyroidectomy.

Surgery is the only option here. The FNAC report suggests follicular carcinoma (a type of thyroid cancer). Taking thyroid medications is always better than dying of thyroid carcinoma.
Next Steps
go get the surgery done before it spreads to other body parts.
