My wife diagnosed with multinodular goiter
1 yr ago. Her thyroid report is normal.
FNAC also done.
Some dr suggesting for operating, while some others for wait and watch.
My concern is that after operation,will my wife have to take thyroid medicine for whole life?

Surgery is the only option here. The FNAC report suggests follicular carcinoma (a type of thyroid cancer). Taking thyroid medications is always better than dying of thyroid carcinoma.
