If I am not mistaken it’s female patient. See must be having jaundice also. Looking at the report she requires an ERCP with brush cytology and a stenting( to see if any peri ampullary lesion). May also require Endosono. I don’t think gall bladder is of any concern in this case as according to this report there are not stones in gall bladder and only sludge
Next Steps
