Motion time pain and little bit blood

I am Sree ,34 years old ,i am Using metapropol sunicinate prolonged release and Amlodipine tablet 25/2.5(bp tablet ) from last one year ,i am using rosavas 5 mg tablet from last 5 years ( cholesterol tablet ) ,i have gastric problem , i have tasted PASITIVE of corona 9th may after 17 days home cvarantine ,tested nigitive , Now I am facing pain in motion time ,it is like piles ( I am not sure) ,i seen little bit of blood in motion. Please tell me the solution
