Hello there. I can understand your concern. You have provided very little history regarding her. Does she suffer from constipation? Ask her to have 5 small meals instead of 3 huge meals. Drink lots of water. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Take a high fiber diet. Have lots of fruits and vegetables on your diet. Syrup. Duphalac 15ml once a day before bed for 7 days. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Hello..... I can understand your concern but detailed history is required on whether she is having diarrhea or constipation..... If she her bowel consistency is normal nothing to worry.. She should take more fiber containing vegetables ,banana for if she is having constipation. Consult general physician once.
