I have shift disorder diagnosed in my home country (Portugal). I have always had daily hipersomnia without sleep apnea (I have done that nocturnal test with eletrodes) but when I started working in shifts my life really became worse, My life completly got terrible... I cant simple do my life and it afects me and my relation with my family.
The problem is that now I dnt have my Portuguese doctor to prescribe me that, só I would like to know if it is needed prescription. I read on internet that it is not
