Yesterday I went on lab for collect report of my mother.....
By mistakenly i have touch my hand in the Filled blood sample tube.
I m worry about that...please tell can just touching hand on outside of Filled blood sample tube... can increase the risk of HIV?

No. Chances are increased if blood comes in contact with your skin if there is cut.
Just touching bottle won't increase the chance
