Hi there...The migraine headache is usually unilateral and associated with visual disturbance, nausea, vomiting. There are many triggering factors for migraine like strong smells, bright light, emotional stress, insomnia. keep account of the triggering factors and try to avoid them. When you get a headache go into a dark room and rest. You can also consult a general physician or neurologist for further evaluation.

Hello There. I can understand your concern, i hope you are not in too much pain. in migraine there is usually one sided headache with a peculiar aura like vomiting sensation, photophobia, not being able to bear any sound. patient usually wants to sleep in absolute darkness and in a sound proof room with the head buried under the pillow. take a tablet vasograin thrice a day as of now and consult a physician in person for measuring your blood pressure. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
