Trouble with: concentration, processing information (auditory and visual; I have to really concentrate and repeat information in my head/out loud several times when taking in information and sometimes considering a question); memory ( short term, long term, as well as working memory) Muscle tension and feel like I need to stretch/crack joints, neck, and back all the time. Never feel refreshed after sleeping Mild-moderate pressure on top of head and upper face area A few times a month I get headaches that feel like my brain is pounding and hurts with movement.
