Hii..my periods r vry irregular..and this irritates me a lot..so could u please suggest me some medicine that can start my periods without any side effects. I'll be vry thankful to u if u help me out with this.

Irregular menses may have many reasons including some serious ones. So it would be better to consult the gynaecologist for proper check up.
Generally hormonal treatment cycle is given for atleast three months to regularize the cycle.
Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks.
