Menstrual problem
I have been having periods for almost two weeks. And the bleeding is severe with cramps. I feel very giddy and vomiting sensation. I keep changing the pad every two hours. It is really bad.

Hello there, There are many reasons for heavy bleeding during periods. You didn't mention your period history. In your case proper diagnosis is needed. Ultra sound- (Sonography) of Pelvis report is required to diagnose. Avoid junk ,fast, fermented, chinese ,oily fried food. Drink plenty of water, vegetable Soups, Fruit juices. Take proper rest. Avoid excessive work out- exercise. Email me your reports so that I can guide you for proper management.
