I'm in the age of 52 I'm currently having menstruation gap from last few years  but between this time period it stopped for a year but now it's having again n again Sometimes it occurs just for 1 day - 1 hour- or a week continuously whenever i cough or sneeze or carry heavy goods, blood comes from vagina

It is not uncommon to have mild bleeding some times after attaining menopause. There may be hormonal imbalance. Consult a Gynaecologist.
