  3. Menstrual cramps. What should i do?

Menstrual cramps
From past 3-4 months I am having extreme lower abdominal pain... Which is not bearable at all.. I started taking meftal spas 3-4 a day depending on severity but it doesnt control the pain much. There is no routin change or anything.. I don't know what's happening... I may die of pain I think.. Pls suggest what should I do
