Memory problem.
I have a tendency to forget things immediately specially numbers, name any
recent action for instance whether I have closed the door or not. Though I was a good student and have even scored good marks in memorizing subjects like history. I even make mistakes in copying numbers like 4218 to 4128. Kindly advise.

hello der dyslexia and ocd should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment....
