Is panadol advance tablet harmfull😑??? For all pains i use panadol i have a doubt is it  harmful because i know its a mild tablet..

hey, ild analgesic and antipyretic, and are recommended for the treatment of most painful and febrile conditions, for example, headache including migraine and tension headaches, toothache, backache, its a mild drug but care should be taken in hepatic ,renal impaired patients
