Medication review
I have been taking Lexapro 30mg alprazolam 0.5mg and zyprexa 2.5mg for treatment of anxiety and depression for a few months. I had breast augmentation yesterday and have been prescribed oxycodone 5mg codeine and ondansetrom 4mg by the surgeon, he is aware of my prior medications but I'm concerned about the drug interactions. Is it safe to take these medications together

Oxycodone and zyprexa combo increase sedation Zyprexa and ondensetron combo can lead to heart rhythm problems and may turn fatal. Avoid ondansetron or use alternative drug. Oxycodone with Lexapro also can lead to problems so does ondansetron and Lexapro. Both oxycodone and ondansetron should be avoided in view of your ongoing medication.
Next Steps
Reconsult ur Doc for alternative treatment
