  3. Medical abortion. Will it become normal?

I underwent medical abortion on 22nd last month n last period date was 10th of april. Got 2nd scanning done on 19th and found small heteroechoic lesion near fundus of about 1cm and took mesoprostol 200mcg for 3days but there was no bleeding and again took scanning today they said everything is normal now but my question is without bleeding will it become normal
