He has Small ulcers type on the skin of face, chest,back,stomach and all over the body. Also have stomachache,fever, feel like vomit. Please suggest.

It could be chicken pox. For fever take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg whenever you have fever. Tab Domiperidone 10 mg 3 times a day , half an hour before you eat or drink anything. Tab Ranitidine 150 mg 2 times a day along with Tab Domiperidone, half an hour before eating or drinking.
