Masterbation questions
So my age is 16 years old... I masturbate daily or twice a day... Frankly speaking I am a masturbation addict. . But in YouTube some ayurveda channel and some doctors say that daily masturbation is the cause of short height..and some famous ayurvedic channels also say masturbation affect your height or close your growth plate ... After that I think ok I masturbate about 3 years ... And now I also look at the mirror and I think for my masturbation habit my height growth plate was fused and I look older. ... So doctors can you help me... How can I I regain my height... Because at 16+ years old I am only 5 feet 3 inches... I need height... If I stop masturbation daily can my height grow like before... Please answer me
