Lymphocytosis
I took a medical test for my work and found lymphocytes more than normal. I googled and found it may because of Leukemia. Is that so?

hello.
there could be many reasons for a lymphocytes to be elevated, like viral infections, parasitic infections, after removing the spleen etc. not leukaemia.
and the other causes are more common than leukaemia.
dnt be tensed.
