Lumps in chest
Hey I'm almost 17 and am a male. I usually work out and have good pectoral muscles. But recently I noticed that I have 2-3 lumps in EACH chest under and around the nipples. They are not large nor too tiny and don't hurt. What can it be? I'm worried it's cancer.
