Lump under right armpit

Asked for Male, 44 Years

Today my mother had noticed a medium sized pain less soft lump under right armpit. I am taking her to a doctor tommorow, if anyone can tell what it could be? Shall i be worried? Is it a tumor or something else? Please help if possible!!!
