I had grade 1 piles n d Dr gav me an smuth ointment n a powder 2 drink for constipation. Now I noticed a hard hot lump inside d anal wch is painful during stools n there is narrowing in stools n I feel uncompleted. It is very painful n doesn't even allow me 2 sit down. I hope its not any kind of a cancer. Plz replay...
