Firstly, maintain your posture - sitting erect and stop slouching Avoid bending and lifting for few days Avoid sitting on sofa and sitting crossed leg on floor Break your posture every 30 mins ( sitting 30 mins get up walk around and sit back again, if standing 30 mins  sit down, if walking again sit ) Change of postures is very significant
