Have been diagnosed with low vitamin d levels, readings are 9.72 and deficiency category. What should be safe weekly cholecalciferol intake? Would calcium be also mandatory along with it?

Hello there...I can understand your concern. You can take tablet uprise d3 60000IU, one tablet every week after food. You can take this tablet for upto 8 weeks to improve your vitamin d levels. If you are having any symptoms of bone pain, weakness then consult a orthopedic. They will examine you and if necessary start you on calcium supplements also.
