I have sinus and asthma. My immune system is very weak i catch cold cough easily. How can i strenghten up my immune system ?

Asthma is an allergic problem. Its not related directly to immunity. You have to fing allergens triggering to asthma n try to avoid them. You can also take immunotherapy according to your asthma severity.
