You are right as low/high blood sugar symptoms could be difficult to identify sometimes. However, in low blood sugars, the patients usually can have symptoms of sweating/excessive hunger/giddiness/confusion/disorientation and also can have loss of consciousness or seizures. In high blood sugars patients could have symptoms of increased urination/weakness/generalized fatigue/loss of weight and lethargic. Please monitor you blood sugars regularly at least every 3 months and follow up with your doctor to further avoid any fluctuations in your diabetes and complications associated with it. Thank you!
