Low heomoglobin

Asked for Male, 63 Years

Hello, My father has undergone some tests and the results says that he has low heomoglobin he is of about 63years. Doctor has suggested for blood transfusion as he is diabetic he is fearing fot it and he is going with diet by having pomogranate, beetroot and carrots. Can you please suggest me any solution for this please. Here by attaching you the report Thank You....
