Low hemoglobin 8.9
My dad is 76 years old , he has a stroke on 22nd Oct 17. He recovered better than expected , however lately he is not able to walk on his own for the last 3 days or so .we did CBC and his hemoglobin is at 8.9 below the normal range as well as his kerating reading slighly above range . Rest of the reading is pretty much normal. Which specialist should I take my dad to ? Can taking iron pills or vegetables and fruits help in any way?

For haemoglobin, go for Inj orofer IV, slowly by 8 drops / min  initially because of the age of the patient. It will increase the Hb within 24 hrs.
Next Steps
Start with ORS to him 2-3 times a day to maintain electrolyte balance in body,  which If deficient may cause low BP or dizziness and fatigue.
