1)mild diffuse posterior bulge of l3-l4 disc, abutting the left traversing l4 nerve root.
2)diffuse posterior bulge of l4-l5 and l5-s1 discs. mild diffuse posterior bulge of d12-l1 to l2-l3 disease.
3)mild ligamentum flavum thickening from l2-l3 to l4-l5 levels. acute right sacroiliitis as described.
4) possibility of seronegative spondyloarthropathy like ankylosing spondylitis needs to be considered.
This is my M.R.I report and hlab27 is positive
