Low back pain (morning stiffness)
1)mild diffuse posterior bulge of l3-l4 disc, abutting the left traversing l4 nerve root. 2)diffuse posterior bulge of l4-l5 and l5-s1 discs. mild diffuse posterior bulge of d12-l1 to l2-l3 disease. 3)mild ligamentum flavum thickening from l2-l3 to l4-l5 levels. acute right sacroiliitis as described. 4) possibility of seronegative spondyloarthropathy like ankylosing spondylitis needs to be considered. This is my M.R.I  report and hlab27 is positive What will be the best treatment and whom should I consult-rheumatologist, physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor.
