Lost self confidence

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I hv lost the self-confidence.what type of blood tests I hv to go through.i hv gone through total blood count.glucose and thyroid stimulating hormone.everything came fine bt the TSH levels gone through was 12.49 I always feel sad,nervous.please help me out from this problem.
