Loosing finger grip

Asked for Male, 44 Years

Since 6months i am not able have grip for my right hand fingers, could not eat food properly with my hand means having problem to mix and eat with right hand fingers. Could not fold my right hand to my back. Got blood tested in this regard. Nothing found wrong. What could be thereason.
